Great experience with this group. I tried to rent a golf cart online and for some reason their system didn't capture the information. Got there and they gave us a cart anyway. The manager called me a day later to apologize mix up with thereservation system. Truth be told is was probably user error on my part. Anyway it was great to see customer service at itsfinest. Had a great time and returned that evening for great food.

One staff member told me that I was never charged, which they used as an excuse to say they couldn't process my payment and issue a credit. I found this puzzling and unacceptable. My main concern is why no one bothered to check their system to see why I received a receipt and confirmation if my reservation wasn’t actually completed on their end. This experience highlighted their poor customer service, and to top it off, I was asked to leave the premises. I will never visit any of the establishments under the Bodega brand again. Be cautious if you’re thinking of renting anything from them!

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, and the food is excellent. I tried the muffaletta slider, which is shown in the picture. Please note that the menu prices are current as of September 2, 2022.

We just had the most amazing pizza today at Bodegas. I still adore this neighborhood bar!
