Awful customer services and general laziness by the staff (southbound Costa).

Service very unpleasant, they make them wait 15 minutes on coffee because the floor is almost dry after washing. this should happen before opening!

Staff were bored/tired and not following a proper hygiene COVID practice

Staff looked bored. No cream or sprinkles on my special edition drink and no apology either.

People eating at two different costa tables during lockdown, at a service station. Surely this isn’t allowed and should be stopped.
