Mestizo Gastro Fusion

We had a very nice experience on a Sunday evening. The service was very pleasant and fast and the food was delicious and original. We had rolls, takitos, salmon bao bun and desserts:pavlova and nutella dessert. We enjoyed it very much ,recommend it ?

We are regulars at Mestizo. The quality of the food is outstanding . Everything from the bronzino, to hamburger to salads is delicious, but what makes it special is their sushi. We are very picky about the quality of sushi and their fish is absolutely first rate. And kudos for their inventiveness (vegan sushi with lychee nuts! . What a wonderful neighborhood restaurant.

Please do yourself a favor and do not eat from this place!! the sushi was flavorless, and dry. We were deceived by the high definition and very expensive menu... once appetizers and rolls were served the reality was very far from what the menu showed!! Overall, the worst part was the dessert (obleas with dulce de leche) a 13$ dessert that was very unpleasant, by a combination of a chunky (almost wet) oblea and unpleasant dulce de leche.

Amazing food, incredible service, we loved everything! Fave plates were the octopus, the Miami volcano sushi, salmon bao buns, and the arugula salad.
