Their new chef's chicken sandwich is great. This Panera is clean with good service and great tasting food. Love the kitchen sink cookie too.

They used a broth dish again, which they put chili for my Broccoli soup. disgusting! the girl behind the served was so rude and I've never been so disappointed by a Panera location!

Dear panera, you've made me dirty too often. If I had a nickel every time I told you you you were from chocolate chip bags, I could buy you out. I couldn't trust you could handle the thing, no matter how early I ordered my bagel in the app, you missed me. even if it is a day in advance. the fact that they can not deliver a reason for my pettyness is really a tragicody. I am disappointed by you. instead of panera bread they should change their names in panera dread. I hope they take this botanical as constructive criticism and make more chocolate chip bagels. sincere, a disappointed customer
