Church's Texas Chicken - Bay City

If I could give 0 stars I would! I could see on the app that my dasher picked up delivered my order immediately, so I was shocked when I received my order it was super cold. The chicken was dry hard. It was obvious the food had been sitting there all day. I ordered for my mom who is a senior citizen was trying not to get out. Also there's a lady I think she's the manager that is so rude confrontational she was trying to avoid her. The staff knew the food they were sending was old that was a horrible thing to do to any customer they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they don't do this to anyone else. Avoid this place at all cost!

The people that work at this restaurant need to learn manners they are very rude the food is good. But very unpleasant place to dine. Don't try to make conversation with them they look at you like your crazy. I would not recommend this place to dine in take out would be ok. Oh and don't ask for ketchup they act as if they are giving golden nuggets away.

Horrible! They refused to give my friend sauces. They forgot a biscuit on one of the meals. The lady gave all of us attitude! Horrible service. They also told me they had sauce and told my friends they did not! Would not recommend going there at all!

Nice and place in side but we all got sick from eating the chicken we had mash Potato Cole slaw fried okra a 8 piece and a 10 piece we haven't eaten thier in a long time now I know why
