Bidra med feedbackGeneral: As promised to the Bautzner Senfwochen here, my must. The Karasek is located in a cozy, small side street near the Bautzen main market. In front of the restaurant is a cosy beer garden with huge parasols, which invites you to stay in summer. The restaurant itself is of medium size and neat, rustic furnishings. There are tables for 2 to 6 people, amazed I was when an unregistered travel group of approx. 20 people came and a few tables were put together in a short time so that at least 15 people could sit together. A couple of sabers on the walls are supposed to remember the head of the robber Karasek. A large wooden counter stands in the room, but this was somewhat overloaded, as there were the order cards and other books. Service: A young, friendly lady has served us. This was always dedicated to the well-being of their guests, was quickly in place if necessary and always had a friendly smile on their lips. With the boss standing at the tap, he was also slain and laughed behind the counter. Another female service was also very friendly. The most beautiful thing I found was the Oberlausitzer rolling from the Gastwirt and above all the asking faces of the western travel group. They probably didn't get so clear with the Oberlausitzer dialect. ; Food: There is a small and pleasant menu where there is something for every taste. Regional cuisine with fish, meat and vegetarian. Prices range from 8 to 15 euros. So are very moderate. At the moment there was another Pfifferlingskarte. We ordered mustard soup, peach soup and sausage meat as an appetizer. These came only 5 minutes after ordering and were therefore safely heated in the ping. They tasted anyway. Especially the mustard soup was a bit more tasty than the same in a restaurant named after Bautzner Senf recently. The soups were very rich, there were a lot of mushrooms in the pudder soup. As a main dish we ordered macaroni with pudderlings, potato bags with salad and mushroom ragout, a spruce forests steakstulle (steak on bread with seaweed and spice cucumber as well as a robber captain Karasek (carvings with roast potatoes and salad, spited with a spit of turkey meat. Here is the assumption that fresh is something else. The carving and the steak seemed to me very much after finished goods, the potato bags were in all cases. Too bad I expected more. The ambience: cosy restaurant in the middle of Bautzen. Nice menus, but the ice cards were so old that they were already torn apart and were no longer very attractive. It's time to get new ones. Otherwise little limbim on the walls. Full enough. Cleanliness: As far as right, you should also look behind the always open doors and remove the spider webs there....
