Wendy's - Batumi

Normal Wendy 's experience, good smile and great service, we did need to wait parked when using the drive through, but they made it up with a very good can do helpful attitude! Food was hot and fresh.

Wasn't able to make order cause of drive error in the system. When we came back waitress gave me the wrong order. And the muffin was terrible, looked like uncooked.

Hi guys! I ordered Wendy’s BECONATOR menu, payed 29.85GEL and they didn’t even give ketchup… turns out u have to pay another 1.8 gel for smallest ketchup… it’s the biggest menu and doesn’t have simple ketchup for fries?! atmosphere was just pitiful, could see women’s bikinis for sale while sitting to eat my food at their sits i’m not coming back here ever again don’t recommend this place if u have been in any other country. they give highest price with lowest quality 1 star rating from me!!

Caesar salad is good, pizza is good. Burgers are ok. Service is fast. Like it better than mcduck, ingredients quality bar is obviously set higher, prices are around the same.

Ordered a burger, salad and a pizza. They packed the burger and salad, put it on the counter and marked the order as ready on the big screen. I had to wait for the another 15 minutes for tbe pizza, asking several times where it was. I told them that because of this my burger was getting cold; they acted like this was normal. The burger was all saggy and lukewarm. Wouldn't eat here again because of this.
