Bidra med feedbackSushi King really needs to add extra staff especially during the promo. You have great employees, but clearly exhausted. So I came for the second time for Bonanza promo. The place was full. I ordered my favorite sushi because they're not here. The staff kindly told me to wait for them, but I said I was waiting enough. Later my sushi came to UNWASHED plate. This isn't my first time here. I was always served well during my visit, but this time I'm disappointed.
All the food was okey but the worker just... idk what to say. there's one time i want to pay the food and the total was less then RM100. when i was at the counter i said my table number just so they can double confirm. but they give me receipt from other table that was more than what I've count. since I've told my table number i assume it was mine. few seconds afterwards one of the worker told me that they has mistaken the receipt. why so careless meh? the worker also not friendly. one of them even sigh infront of me
The outlet very dirty and the sushi served and presentation was subpar. And the worst was the paper served on the tray is reused for i wonder how many times. Would be my last time to this outlet.
I was shocked by almost no selection of dishes on the belt during a Saturday dinner time, and the tablet used for ordering wasn't working. Took a plate of the fried salmon skin from the belt and it was soggy and oily. I was extremely surprised by the substandard and horribly disappointed. The staff were friendly though.
That one particular staff was so unfriendly. idk what's her problem but i usually come before lunch or after lunch hour and she sighed in front of customers because the other staffs gave instructions to her. phooja what is that behavior?
