Bidra med feedbackLong drive thru line so we went in. the bad smell hits you right away. pop spilled all the counter. frosty machine looks like it explodes. eat on the floor. hella fies? I have to say we haven't ordered and left.
Came through at 11:45 pm. It is now 12am and only one car has moved forward in line. I understand being low staffed but. My question is. Why has this employee been taking out the trash for 15 minutes, instead of helping his fellow employees who are obviously struggling. My two stars are for whoever is actually still trying to make it through the line. Help your staff and costumers. Then worry about closing.
Waited 20 minutes in line with one person ahead of me, granted it was 11pm on a Friday. The person ahead of me left in a rage because the frosty machine was down. I was disappointed, but more disappointed when I was offered a small lemonade as a replacement for my large frosty on a mobile order. Absolutely not a fair exchange for a $3.19 large frosty. By the time I actually got my order, the patties were burned. Like, not charred, burned.I put up with a lot from Wendy's, but this one is terrible.
Idek why im giving this place 1 star. got a 10 piece spicy nug today and a baconator fry. nugs weren’t even hot as soon as i got the food and they were stale, spilled everywhere in the bag. and my baconator fries literally had no bacon on them? why am i paying for non existent meat is beyond me.
They charged us for a large fry and gave us a small fry which we simply had refunded. I wouldn't normally write a bad review were it not for the hard glare we receieved for asking for water at the window on a day when the weather is 92 degrees. It made us so uneasy we didn't ask for ketchup, napkins, or straws. The manager offered no apologies for either the fries or the poor customer service. We will never be back.
