We had a very nice evening delighted by great music, and ate very well. Service and attentive staff, along with good cuisine deserve all 5 stars.

Insufficient room staff in number for the number of guests, the result was a slow service even to a simple request of water bottle that was inexorably necessary to do several times to be satisfied. The second dish arrived to some before and to others immediately after midnight (including our table), panettone never seen on our table also because it was disassembled after 00.30 to dance (it is, it was planned, but we should have been able to eat everything). In this case I do not think the fault was of the staff of the room: at 21.00 we were already in the hall, we were until 22.00 to wait sitting at the table, they could begin to serve the many that like us they presented themselves punctual, as from time spread from the organization. After midnight we were toast with music (justly) shot for the classic trains, toasts etc, how could we sit at 00:10 and eat the second dish? I also recommend reviewing cocktails at the bar, we are not there. I also suggest improving the audio system, giving a little extra space to those who have to play would be the least to avoid triggering the microphones continuously with the result of annoying whistles. About the quality of the food that arrived at the table we did not like, all prepared and heated before. Antipasto kept in the fridge, mozzarella and sliced were quite cold: I understand the need not to spoil the sliced already arranged in the dish but the cold flattens the taste. They want to be all constructive criticism in order to improve the overall customer experience that, at our table, has not been up to it.
