Bidra med feedbackWe had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the prices were great. We enjoyed our meal outside in the shade and had fresh string hoppers with coconut gravy, pol sambol, and parippu. We also had a refreshing belimal tea and couldn't resist getting a second cup along with a coconut and treacle pancake (pani pol). The total for all this fresh and tasty food was only 140 lkr! We highly recommend visiting this restaurant for both the experience and the food. You can find Hela Bojun outlets all across the country.
This restaurant is locally owned and operated by women, but managed by the government. They prepare local dishes such as Thosai and Hoppers right in front of you, and they are always fresh and delicious. The dishes are served on lotus leaves, and the area is surrounded by lotus plants. The prices are very affordable.
This is the best place in the Battaramulla area for authentic local food. The prices are incredibly affordable and the quality of the food is very good. As of 10.19.2022, the price of a "thosai" is Rs:60 and a vegetable cutlet is Rs:50, which is very reasonable. The ladies who work there do a great job. I highly recommend this place to locals and foreigners alike. You can enjoy the surroundings while having your meal. It's a nice place and I 100% recommend it.
Environment is more nicer than the food. Very cool and calm surrounding with some wilderness. Variety of healthy foods are available for a reasonable price. Car park is adequate. Also a agricultural shop is nearby where you can get seeds and stuff.
This place is next to agricultural dept head office in Battaramulla. The food is reasonably priced and every woman sells different type of snacks. The place is look like hygenic. Only few choices available and not all delicious. Therfore need more attention while ordering.
