The Honey Baked Ham Company

I was in banking for decades and we were constantly mystery shopped so I try to do ratings as much as possible. However I don't do them as often as I should. I didn't want to let this one pass. I had a very positive experience with a lady at Honey baked. On the receipt the sales id is REEAL. She seemed to be a supervisor. She was helping a coworker make a sandwich. She acknowledged me which is huge in the way of customer service and finished with the coworker. I was waited on promptly and in a very friendly way. Great service.

This place was very neat and clean food was prepared before I was craving for anything else very nice and cooperative staff member

Very disappointed with my Christmas dinner I had order thru Door dash. I was not satisfied with the premade entrees: The country cornbread dressing and the maple sweet Potato Souffle. It was like preparing a TV dinner for taste. Thought it was more tasty and with Love but wasn't. My 4-5.5 Honey Baked Ham, after the warm up in order to serve, it wasn't what I expected it to be, to were it looked like old ham and showing a different color to it. I paid a total of $142.00 for this meal and I am a honest customer that loves great service and great food not disappointments. Hope to compensated and customer satisfaction.. Thank You!!!

We love the honey baked ham and the food is that good. We love the desserts Turkey breast and Everything. The honey baked ham companty wonderful place to get honey baked ham and the All kinds of food. The people work at honey baked ham companty them are wonderful people. The place look beautiful.
