Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

The fries were very fresh and impressive. However, the meat patty on the Big Mac was a bit dry, thin, and not very warm. The cheese was not melted, but it was still decent. The bread was fresh.

I am giving McD a 5-star rating because I received a generous tip earlier. The lady was very kind. This review is not related to the location itself.

I always have a great experience at this McDonald's location. They consistently get my order correct, the food is always hot and fresh, and they work quickly. In contrast to other locations where you may wait for 45 minutes and receive the wrong or cold order, this McDonald's can have your order ready in a fraction of the time while still ensuring it is hot and fresh. The ice cream machine is also not frequently out of service. My only issue is that it seems like the system is set up in a way that onions and pickles on a McDouble are linked, as when I request extra pickles, they sometimes forget to include any onions.

Spices mc huh and chicken nuggets are my favorites. I'd rather dive in. good customer service.

Try to order at the theke, but was directed to the self-order screen, although the register was open and there was no line. four burgers and one shake. looked down and laid the number at the edge of the table. they screamed my number a few minutes later. I stopped the number and then she cried that she didn't come to the table, so I had to go to the counter. I got my burger and asked for my shake, at what time she told me that the shaker machine was broken. She never apologized or even informed me about it until I asked where my shake was. then I had to ask for the refund. the lady with the green hair that told me her name was john has terrible customer service.
