Maxwell's Market - Baton Rouge

There are so many things that I really like here. I love the Wednesday Supper Club and recommend everyone checking it out. I like to get my tuna steaks here as well as some of their dips. They have a great selection of produce as well. I always check out the freezer section too to see if something great catches my eye.

I recently bought the Maxwell’s Dinner club meal of Beef Bourguignon with Haricot Verts. It was superb! I recommend ordering from Maxwell’s weekly dinner menu. The price is right and the taste is wonderful.

They have the best Reuben sandwich in town! All the items on the menu are really good too.

Great meat selection and deli. Awesome sandwiches. Staff very friendly. Specialty beers. Great wine and bourbon choices too.

I loved the atmosphere! Felt cozy. I ordered the cheeseburger and a cup of shrimp and corn soup. The meat was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well. My only complaint was that it was not hot, room temp.. The shrimp and corn soup was rich, seasoned well and loaded with shrimp. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely return.
