Orderred chicken poutine extra cheese, this is what was sent by door dash, when I called the restaurant they said they are not responsable that its door dash that takes the complaints. Well even if door dash takes the complaints its not their responsability to make the order right its the restaurants responsibily to make the order like the customer orderred and not have to wait another hour for the another one. I would be ashamed of charging so much money for food and not do what the customer orderred. STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR MISTAKES AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENDS. I THINK ITS TIME THAT DIXIE LEE IN BATHURST TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND START TAKEN AND MAKING THEIR ORDERS RIGHT, BEFORE YOU LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS, DONT FORGET THAT ITS BECAUSE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU CAN RUN A BUSINESS WITH NO CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO BUSINESS.

Regular small poutine about $9. Was tasty. Could use more gravy and cheese. Great service. Came out fast and hot and very tasty. They have a vip poutine card. Get it stamped 5 times and you get a free poutine. Cool. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
