Jackie Chan Takeaway

We have been using this takeaway for over 20 years, it's always been fantastic. Last night we got the wrong food on a delivery, the women on the phone said its tough and shouted at me. The food was disgusting and burnt anyhow. They must have new very bad owners. Avoid at all costs Food: 1/5

I was introduced to JACKIE CHAN almost three years ago and have frequently used them and always found them to be friendly and good value of money. Chinese takeaway. This Sunday was the first time I've ordered this year.... What has gone wrong? I order at half six on Friday evening and was told it would be an hour....three hours later. Serval phone calls and the owner screaming at me down the phone, the order arrived. The only decent thing about JACKI CHAN was the delivery driving. The food was cold and uneatable, I'd go as far to say the food was disgusting. The crown has slipped from a once great establishment with the most appalling customer service littered with lies, aggression and contempt and food that is only suited for the bottom of a bin. It was simply an absolute waste of hard earned money and we will NOT be eating there again. Don't waste your money at this awful takeaway they don't deserve your custome.

Phoned to place an order. He tried to charge me an extra £6 because I wanted prawns instead of chicken... Never normally the case however, he insisted this is standard if paying cash (bit dodgy). I opted to just have it without chicken and no extra prawns. Went to collect.. he was rude and didn't even speak to me. Not even a price. Just put a card machine on the counter and turned around. He was playing with his hair constantly, running his hands through it and scuffing it up. Not great for a food establishment. When I finally got my food home, it was stuffed with chicken, the egg rice was burnt and stuck together and the chicken balls were swimming in oil! Called to resolve it. Was told they could cook it again but would be over an hour but wouldn't offer a refund as it was over 15 minutes since I collected it. Overall, absolutely horrendous service and disgusting attitude. Used to be very good, but the quality here has dropped significantly of late. Needless to say, I won't be visiting again.

Come back time after time. Food excellent. Great service even down to delivery drivers. Hot and delivered on time

Best take away we have had for ages, arrived at the time we asked for all pipping hot. Food was great we have eaten so much. Yum. Will be back
