Taco Bell - Batesville

Ordered the crunch wrap supreme and there is literally no meat inside! This has happened multiple

Order was wrong. Taco supreme is supposed to have sour cream. Feel jipped

When I asked for extra creamy jalapeño sauce on both of my quesadillas, there didn’t even give me any at all on both, it was only cheese,chicken, and bread and that’s it

We ate there today for the first time since taco bell reopened and we were really disappointed. The store feals impersonal and cold, the staff were inhospitable, that I can deal with if the food is good which wasn't the case. I ordered soft taco supreme and my wife ordered a burrito and taco, when we got the food it was cold like it came out of the refrigerator. It's a same because it use to be a good store, $23.00 for cold food cold atmosphere

I debated whether or not to give 3 or 4 stars. Food was 3 stars. Service was 4.5. Taco Bell is one of the only places in Batesville for VEGANS to get drive-thru. It is a great place to customize an item to have more beans, potatoes, rice, etc. BUT... it 's a hit-or-miss whether the staff will know the anything about the make it FRESCO option to substitute dairy for pico de gallo. Sometimes they 'll say, We are out of fresco, which you then have to explain that fresco isn 't an item. It 's awkward. So if you are VEGAN this location is one where you might want to specify and make sure they know, otherwise I think the odds are 50/50. Will it have dairy? Who knows. All of the employees seem kind, courteous, and willing to help.Vegetarian options: They have a large vegetarian selection that you can use to customize items. They have Vegan options too with make it fresco on any vegetarian items to make them Vegan.
