The food at this restaurant was hot and fresh, very good. The service was fast and efficient for takeout. We had dinner here and the price per person was $50–100. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Fried Chicken.

If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Being someone who worked in restaurants I always have a positive attitude when initially coming to a restaurant. I have never experienced such nonchalant disrespect, from management at that. When receiving the food, the fries were not fresh so we politely asked for fresh fries when we were told “those are fresh” which they clearly weren’t. My husband then had to go inside and was told again the fries were fresh until the associate finally looked and saw they were not fresh at all! Food is too expensive for money to be wasted when the solution could have easily been solved. It’s sad to expect bad service and bad attitudes when you go to a restaurant in a small town. Management must be horrible. This location is probably a franchise location. Either way, horrible experience for a simple solution. Not to mention when we received the fresh fries the box was upside down. Just a horrible experience, and let’s not even talk about the greasy not edible chicken. Waste of money.

I did not mention that I wanted my chicken crispy, but when I requested to exchange it for crispy chicken, they did so without any issue. The chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
