Burger King - Batavia Township

One of the best whoppers I've had in a long time and growing up in a burger king home I've eaten my fair share from when the whopper combo was 3.05 to nearly10.00 today I've chowed down on that great flame broiled tast of the whopper at my favorite fast food establishment burger king your way right away

Food is never fresh anymore. Fast food workers want $20 an hour with $3 an hour work ethic. Make sure you providing quality service and then Maybe people wouldn't be so quick to judge

Pull up to the drive-thru at about 3:45 p.m. on a Tuesday. One car in the parking lot, one at the drive-thru in front of me. Literally took 22 minutes from start to finish to get my food. Once I finally was able to order she asked me to pull up along with the car in front of me. I said how long do you think this is going to be and she said I don't know we're busy and close the window on me. When I pull up there was three girls sitting at one table inside the building. Yet there was four employees standing at the drive-thru window talking when I pulled up. Fry's had a pound of salt on them and the Whopper was cold. Worst level of incompetence that I have ever seen. I would not return to this location if I was starving.

Paid for our order and then was asked to pull ahead. After sitting outside for 25 minutes the rudest employee walked out handed the car in front of us their food then brought us our bag. No sorry for the wait just here and shoved the bag. So we said we need our drinks and we get asked in the most disrespectful tone “um what did you even get” At this point I was over being nice so I gave her our drink order and was then yelled at by the worker to stop being rude. I couldn’t believe the disrespect we received and I said we’ve been here OVER 20 MINUTES! To which point I was told they only have 2 workers and then again told I was the rude one. My husband went inside to get our drinks to find 4 workers one in tears in the back over we don’t know what then the one who just yelled at us saying we were rude for being frustrated waiting 25+ minutes in a fast food drive line. If I can get a number to speak with the owner over this whole encounter there would be great.

Food was ok, nice restaurant, one of the staff members was really really high on drugs , thought he was gonna pass out , not good for customer
