Worst dining service experience. Too many waiting time. Nobody bothered giving us the menu when we were already sitting for about 5 mins. When asked what our order is, only then did they realised we didn’t have the menu. When we asked for additional rice platter, we had to do multiple follow ups that my companions lost appetite. When we asked for the bill, 10 minutes had passed and nothing. We had to go directly to the counter and they made us wait and stand there for about 15 minutes before our payment got processed. My patience is long but this is just too much.

Excellent, especially for groups. The food is great and the prices are fantastic.

Oh, yes, Kuya J's. It offers fantastic mall food. This place is a great option if you're in the mood for a quick meal.

I had a decent experience at the SM City Batangas branch, but there were some drawbacks. It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and the drinks took quite a while as well. One of my pet peeves when dining out is inattentive waitstaff, and unfortunately, that was the case here. I found myself having to call them multiple times to get their attention. If you can be patient with this type of service, it might still be a worthwhile experience for you.
