Bidra med feedbackI was thinking this would be like any other whataburger off the block, but the employee named Brendan was such a great help that he truly made my visit a great one. His customer service was astounding and he was very accommodating to my needs. I woulddefinitely recommend anyone to come visit this whataburger purely for excellent customer service.
Just picked up a replacement burger from one that was wrong and it's cold and what looks like a bite taken out of the patty.... So disappointed in this establishment of I won't be going back!
The staff here are friendly, and the food comes out quickly while still being fresh and piping hot. However, the restaurant itself could use some attention, as it feels greasy, slippery, and has overflowing trash bins. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's definitely noticeable. Overall, I had a great time!
I've had to wait a long time in the drive-thru here before, and it seems like something needs to change. I've been waiting for 35 minutes and I estimate it could take another 15-20 minutes based on how things are going. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's not the employees' fault, and I usually don't have any issues with the food. Update: It looks like things will speed up now since two cars in front of me have left.
I had really terrible experiences the last two times I visited this restaurant. They forgot the patties on my burger, and despite my online order specifying no onions due to my allergy, both burgers came with onions. During my last visit, they even lost my order and made me wait an hour, while all the new customers who arrived after me received their meals right away. I ended up wasting $22 tonight and would not recommend this place. It seems like the staff here just doesn't care anymore.
