Guadalajara Mexican - Bastrop

I will give the most honest answer on this because this story might blow your mind!!! I'm sorry to say living in Texas I have never liked Mexican food, NEVER!! I understand that peoples pallets change over years but mine never has!! I've been to probably every Mexican restaurant from Michigan to Mexico and let me tell you these people will listen to exactly the way you want it!!! Not only do I not like Mexican food I am THE PICKIEST EATER IN THE WORLD!! I CAN PROUDLY SAY THIS RESTAURANT HAS ACTUALLY MADE MY MIND ENJOY THE FOOD TO THE POINT Our family loves this Restaurant!!! The owner is always there, they always have someone coming to your table to make sure that we don't need anything. There portions are huge and there drinks are awesome. Prices are very fair, and If anyone ever wants to know how to keep a business clean, with the friendliest environment for any gathering, THIS IS IT!!!

Get the Fajitas. We ordered a plate with a fajita taco and stayed more willing. Very good fajita meat.

The food was very good. The prices were good also. It took a little while but the food was freshly made. Overall I will be back.

Beef fajitas are delicious! Homemade flour tortillas! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I go to Guadalajara at least once a week. I love their tortilla soup, chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce and he loves the chicken Laredo. We'v e brought family here many times and they love eating here too. Order anything, you will enjoy it. The only thing I haven't liked was the Chipotle enchiladas which have fajita meat in them but I'm not a big fan of fajitas anyway. The pics are of the Pollo chili relleno and a cup of tortilla soup on the green plate and the Laredo chicken with churro beans on the black plate. Yum!
