Steakhouse Acht 3 Null 3 - Bassersdorf

One word - WOW!!! The meat is great!!! It looks awesome it tastes delicious it worth the money. I've been there few times and always have great experience.

The food is ok. They serve meet on the hot stone. The value is on the upper side. Staff is friendly.

I got a bison steak in hot stone which was very good, it's a nice please for steak in all forms, the wine was also great

We, as a family, enjoy eating out all together whenever we all are in the same country. We are not a huge group, mostly 8 - 10 people depending if two teenagers want to join us or not. Tonight was one of more special nights. Two of us are going back to USA. One of the sisters has suggested this place. I am sure she feels awful by now, for suggesting this place. We arrived at seven. So, not very late for dinner. We were 8 instead 10. That seems to pissed off the waitress to begin with. Ache asked us to move around the table so that we sit 4x4 on each side of the table. By the time the third person ordered "Rösti" as Beilage. She said "schon wieder Rösti?" And explained to us that the Rösti was prepared by hand and she could not serve so many to us and dropped taking the order. Next waitress came apologized for her and told us that we as a table can order only 2x Rösti. That is it! It wasn't bad enough that we couldn't order what we wanted from the menu. But I got hit hard on the head with the large wooden tray they serve the hot stone & meat with. I asked to talked to owner. No one showed up yet. I would absolutely do not suggest this restaurant.

We were there with friends. They were excited about eating zebra meat, I wasn't keen about it but I love grilled meat so we went for it. The steaks were good, the service ok. The price too high as in almost all Swiss restaurants. I've eaten better. But all in all not bad. It's a small and a causy place.
