L'embuscade - Basse-Goulaine

We are very happy with this restaurant where we have always been welcomed by the boss who also serves. Entries have a big choice for all tastes. The dish is well topped. A large choice of beers pressure rt choice that changes regularly. We have always received a welcome eg a pleasant service. I even broke a nice glass of beer pressure in my entrance and it was replaced with a smile. I have lunch and dinner for over 35 years in restaurants and restaurants hotels and the ambush I recommend it to friends

Ms. Chloé knybuhler, the patron saint threw us out of her restaurant on Friday, Nov 25, the day before our reservation for 35 people from 4 to 11:30 for my daughter’s birthday. The pretext is that we brought too much wine. The quote received clearly stated that she was taking care of the buffet and we were drinking. We ordered him a 20-litre beer cask. We learn then that the alcohol brought must correspond to the 20 litres of beer ordered. She calls her partner who tells her to keep the reservation anyway. When I saw her very angry, I suggest she buy her wine, she refuses. And there, she continues to get mad and asks us to remove all the decor from the room on Saturday evening and not as planned on Monday morning very early between 6am and 8am. I point out that it was my daughter’s 25 years and that already finishing at 11:30 was early but we agreed. There, I object to her request, saying that she does everything for us, “address” (this is not the word I used but the site refuses it). She then tears the deposit check, balances it to me and informs me that there will be no party. Fortunately for us, we have some resources and the party has indeed taken place elsewhere, of course, in joy, love and good mood, which is cruelly lacking to Mrs. chloé knybuhler. I came to dinner with my partner last week for a romantic dinner. When we arrived, the manager took us up and was very impatient. No way or professionalism, she made us a nervous cocoa when we called bread. I've never received such a naze and disrespectful service. If you have the bad luck of falling on the manager, put yourself away, I wouldn't be surprised if it made the restaurant sink in very little time.

My faith we didn't have a good time, the responsible being the main reason. The service really isn't good, there's much better place.

Very good restaurant. Full and varied buffet, dish with top dessert very gourmet and excellent wines and all this with a very smile
