Wonderful place. a clean environment. very helpful and upscale staff and a large selection of flavors of milkshake. personally I went for chocolate muffin and smarties. that was the best shake I ever tasted. such a brilliant little place.

Went as a treat after my daughter and I passed our exams. It was a little busy and only one staff member on, she did very well to get through the que and make the drinks as well. Our shakes were great and very nice. All in all a good place to visit.

I love this small chain. The shop inn Basingstoke is just out of Festival Place, so it's easily missed. The choice of smoothie and frozen yogurts is unbelievable and the variety of flavours is astonishing. Service is pretty fast considering how many people are usually there.

Served by the assistant manager Jack today. What a pleasant experience from start to finish.. I know it's only milkshake but he was so helpful in answering all my questions. Very Professional . Polite, willing to make you feel welcome. A credit to the company . I will be back. Thanks Jack

This is a fantastic restaurant with a wide variety of options. However, I was really disappointed when I waited in line only to find out that they don't accept card payments. That was quite frustrating.
