Mcdonalds - Basildon

I was disappointed to arrive at the restaurant expecting to enjoy their big cheesys, especially as my kids were looking forward to them, only to be told that there were no specials available. This has become a common occurrence, with items being removed from the menu regularly. The inconsistency with items like the big tasty is frustrating, as they appear one week and disappear the next. I think it may be time to stop going to McDonald's, as every visit seems to result in disappointment due to missing menu items and increased prices, particularly when dining with a larger group.

I made a late afternoon visit to this restaurant after missing lunch. I decided to order a cheeseburger meal. The coke was refreshing and bubbly, but the fries were disappointing - they were soggy and dark brown, suggesting they had been cooked a second time. I have had bad fries every time I have visited this restaurant, I wish they could improve. On the other hand, the Bas Vegas restaurant is fantastic, but unfortunately, it was too far away for me to visit this time. The burger was lukewarm and by the time I finished eating, it had gone cold.

This experience was completely ridiculous. As a bus driver, I walked into the restaurant and started ordering, only to be told that they were not open. I walked out, only to see other customers getting food. I walked back in and asked how they were able to get food through the drive-thru but I couldn't order because I was on foot. This will be the last time I attempt to give McDonald's any of my money. There are plenty of other places that do not discriminate because my vehicle is too big to drive through.

Worst Mc Donald I’ve ever been too ,I’m not sure how hard it is to get what you’ve ordered ?? You don’t need a degree it’s not that hard!!! I’ve had at least 5 burgers missing over 5 orders and everytime I order 20 nuggets they always forget to give me dip! Avoid run by dimlows

I think I manage to be the only person that visits when the place is closed because of system upgrades. It has happened twice now and each time the staff were completely clueless as to when they would reopen. 10 minutes, 10 hours, 10 days, and even when I gave them the three options, it was met with I dunno . Totally disinterested and clearly the management don 't monitor their staff.
