Andi's Talisay - Basdiot

The best place to enjoy a drink as you are ON the beach ! Nice staff, good and inexpensive coffee. Sadly it opens late (around 11am) so too late for my morning coffee. Snacks and cocktails available.

Andi's Talisay is located towards the other end of Panagsama beach. It's a man-made beach area and could have potential. My friends and I usually use it as a meeting place before we go somewhere else. It's really a shame, though, because this place has...potential. I just wish someone would put a little money into this place. It's really kinda beautiful there.

Drinks are fair and the food. Good to unwind. You can do Barbecue with bring your own food. Good for the kids.

Lovely place to hang out with some friends and have a few drinks. Great view and a great little bar. They also serve food but you come for a cold beer, swim and the view. Very central location as well with everything else nearby.
