Jersey Mike's Subs - Bartonsville

This location no longer has online ordering. Which is fine I understand that sometimes there are issues with the system. However if you don’t offer it you should at least answer the phone. I have called multiple days now with no answer. The food is great and the staff is friendly. They really need to work on there phone and mobile orders.

Okay I’m no Karen, I work in food myself, and I would NEVER send out some garbage like this. I ordered through Doordash lastnight and the only help I was given was a 2$ refund for the chips I didn’t receive.Clearly you can see I ordered chicken with parm bread. I don’t eat red meat. I received white bread, with so much beef in it I had to pick it out every bite. Aside from that, there was hardly any meat in the sandwich that when I pushed it all back enough so I would get full bites, it was half a sandwich. And half that was the peppers not meat. 10$ is too much for a kids portion, and incorrect bread and incorrect meat. Thanks for leaving out my chips too. A lot of places are hiring if you don’t like your job you can leave

This used to be my favorite place. We went to grab hoagies tonight to go at 5:30pm. The doors were locked. When the kid came over he said they closed at 6pm and there weren’t enough employees or lettuce so they couldn’t take our order but they had no other customers nor did they ask what we wanted??? I hope the New Jersey Mike’s in East Stroudsburg has better service.

So went to Jersey Mikes in bartonsville and ordered a turkey provolone sub in a tub....Huge disappointment! Small serving size, very little flavor not worth the money, I will not be going back. I usually go to subway but thought I would try this place subway gives a larger serving size better salad more meat and value for money.
