When I asked why did it take so long when I’m seeing car after car get serviced before me, the barista said “It is what it is”. ? Won’t be going back to this Starbucks unless it’s in the drive thru only
I was at the Bartlett location on a Sunday morning. The server added milk in my coffee when i had asked for cream. I returned to the pickup counter and told the girl filling orders. She said “OPEN THE LID.” So i did and to my surprise the coffee was filled to the rim. It began to spill in my hand. Fortunately it was not boiling hot so I evaded a burning incident. She took the cup, a bystander customer went to get me napkins and I was able to control the situation. The servers need to be retrained and told not to be so rude.
This is one of my favorite locations to get coffee they always get my order right, which makes me very happy. Unfortunately, this was not the case today. I am really very disappointed the first photo is when I realized that my coffee was under portion and covered with whipped cream. the second photo is after melting the whip cream. I pay for the quality and service of the coffee, which is why I don't make it up to pay the six dollars I do, but today I do something definitiw.
Horrible experience after waiting almost 25 minutes for my coffee. Didn’t even take my food. Wish I could give less than a 1 star
