Jersey Mike's Subs - Bartlett

I went twice, the day they opened and about 6 months ago. The first time, everything went great til I got to the door and 3 management types (two men, one woman) overseeing the first day were rude and snickering. I tossed my food in the garbage and told them that I wouldn't be back.I returned about 6 months ago and left because the guy making the sandwiches totally ignored me and put stuff on the sandwich (Mike's way) that I didn't want because he kept talking to two gals. I walked out.

The long and short of it: Jersey Mikes sandwiches are very good. I’ve never had one I disliked. But I cannot for the life of me understand why they take 20 minutes to make a sandwich. Most recently, we ordered ours online ahead of time and took 15 minutes to get there. My husband waited another 20 inside for it to be ready. Good sandwiches, but not near good enough to wait THAT long.

Their subs are so good! Staff is really nice work fast too! Owners are great people!Food: 5/5
