Colton's Steak House Grill - Bartlett

A great experience and will never return. I should have known if the place was not overcrowded on a Friday night at 7:30. service was extremely slow and not attentive. I ordered an appetizer and never got it. steak was application medium and came out like bark silk. I asked for more sour looking for the baked potato and never saw the waitress until I was finished and brought her to the sack. Of course it contained the appetizers I had to remove. then she had a pen and took five more minutes to sign me. I would recommend elsewhere.

My Husband and I enjoyed the food and the Customer service. We were made aware it was only 2 servers so the wait time would be longer and Kevin was so prompt and fast assisting other customers as well as us. He definitely deserves a raise!!?

On Saturday June 11th at 7:22 pm we went to Colton’s for dinner. The restaurant is located at 8030 Highway 64, Bartlett TN. Table 59 1. Our servers name was Anjarrieka. Apparently she was untrained how to help and react to customers. I ordered the chopped steak plain and a baked potato with butter only. When she brought my steak back my husband starting smelling it. It was sore and smelled strong. We waited several minutes for her to return. She did not. So we ask the server at the next table to take it back. She did but we waited an extended period of time for my steak. My husband stopped eating his chicken waiting for my food. Finally the server returned about 20 minutes and ask where my food was. I explained what happened and neither servers made another one. While I was waiting another couple across from us found a bug in their butter. They just got up and left. Finally after an hour I got my food. During this hour we never saw a manager or anyone in authority. We are regular customers at least twice a week. Rest assured we will not return. This was uncalled for and could have been handled in a professional manner.

This restaurant is wonderful! The waiters, hostesses, and management have been absolutely great! The food is extremely delicious! I seriously believe that the burgers are the BEST in town! They are SO large, SO thick, with ultra premium beef, and great toppings of your choice! These burgers are WAY better than Huey's burgers and those of so many other restaurants!

Best restaurant experience in more than before covid hit. Posibly due to a great waitress great steak and salmon and best adult drink in years
