Bidra med feedbackCustomer service is getting worse each time we visit. Quality is not what it used to be. Ice cream not as cold, literally 6 min away and scoops are melted before we make it home. Banana splits are basically a melted milkshake in under 6 minutes. They seem to stop warming caramel and hot fudge a couple of hours before closing. I’ve been frequenting this location, Bartlett on Stage Rd for over 12 yearsand it seems to be getting more run down each time. No longer a satisfied customer and will be going somewhere else from now on.

Walk in and employees sitting down, rolling their eyes, acting like im they are doing me a favor by doing their job, african american couple walk and and they are fully acknowledged, will NEVER come back to this location again.
THE ICE CREAM IS DELICIOUS BUT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE VERY RUDE AND GAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
