It says 24 hours open. Came here at 1.45 AM it was closed

If u want to be treated with disrespect and less than a human!! Than be my guest and come to this location. I only came here cuz it 's closest 1 to streamwood that 's open 24/7. And I love ice cream and cappuccino blasts late nights or early in the mornings. (I wrote other bad reviews but I see there taken down on my other account on google that I originally wrote the review. )That 's not stoping me from saying the truth!!! 3bad experiences since I been coming here this summer at this location after the last 1 with my cappuccino blast probably never gonna come here again or not pay 1st until I get my dessert. And see what it looks like 1st. That 's what I should of done. But anyways....around September 2020 around 1am I come here to get a large cappuccino blast like I always do and I been getting cappuccino blasts for 2yrs now so I think I would know how it 's supposed to look like so I get my blast and I tell him hey this is not how it 's supposed to look like it 's all watery. ?? And he said no that 's how there supposed to look like. And I was explaining to him even Bartlett location I been coming months and I never got like this this is disgusting. And he looked annoyed and very disrespectful arguing with me about it when he could of just made a fresh 1! I told him I don 't want this can u make me another 1? Or just ad more ice cream to this 1 cuz it 's supposed to be thick not like I 'mDrinking a shake or even thinner than that so I can 't see what he 's doing since it 's drive thru only at this location. So he hands it to me I set it down in my cup holder don 't look at it cuz I don 't even want to deal with somebody like that ever again so I just go home n I live 5min away and I see in lights and open the lid n really see how it looks like wow ,,,so instead of adding more ice cream like I asked he added ice?? Wtf? That 's disgusting and it 's not even blended it 's in chunks as u can see with these pics I posted. It 's not even drinkable!!! Not just that but it didn 't taste creamy and refreshing like a cappuccino blast is supposed to taste!!! I ended up throwing it in the garbage what a waste of money! If these people don 't like there job they shouldn 't be working here!! Plain and simple cuz I doubt they would drink or eat what they give to customers . I should of asked him ..would u drink this? If u ordered a cappuccino blast from a baskin Robbins and they told u this is how it 's made ??? Would u drink this n take it anyways?? Like rude employees and like on purpose they do this cuz there 's a correct way to everything they chose the bad way /lazy way cuz they hate there job or they hate people I don 't know which 1it is cuz don 't make sense why they do this. They should think bout treat others how u want to be treated also the fact he was arguing with me I had to explain to him for 5min or so why I don 't want this looking way it is basically and just very rude and unprofessional. He shouldn 't be working there if he 's so hateful and can 't make a whole new cappuccino blast when it 's not even busy and he has nothing to do anyways !!! O and he kept talking to me as if I 'm d or I don 't know what a cappuccino blast is supposed to look like.But this location also gave me the wrong flavor ice cream when I repeated what 2flavors for like 15times the lady on speaker acknowledged and I come home I open my quarts 1 is correct flavor other 1 is vanilla pecan which I ordered Oreo n lady confirmed it so why she give me vanilla pecan?? Makes no sense!!! I hate vanilla pecan a n flavor!The 3rd incident at this location is ordering a quart and not having it PACKED ALL THE WAY DOWN it wasn 't even filled to the top like it 's supposed to be filled!!!!But the worst experience by far is the guy that was night shift that da

The man working was frustrated we came to get ice cream at 10:15. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He filled my cone only half way. The two hot fudge sundaes as well. He was mean, like trying to make us feel guilty for ordering ice cream because he was working alone. My total came to $20.00 for what I ordered and I was jipped. Never will get ice cream here again but sure he will be happy about that. ?
