Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. When we finally got it the order was wrong! Went in spoke with a rude manager. She said well the book doesn't say how you wanted it. I told her that I told the person at the speaker how I wanted it. She remade it and still got it wrong. I refused to go back in a d ask her to re make it because she was so rude. My husband couldn't even eat his because it tasted like they poured the entire salt shaker on it. I will be calling corporate. And we will not return for a while.

First time to a Braums. Large selection of ice cream and groceries. Prices are reasonable.

We prefer this location on Adams Road, of the two in Bartlesville, as we feel the food is prepared better. However, the Service is awful. I think every employee hates their job. Initially, standing at the counter waiting to give our order and no one acknowledging that we were there. Employees walking back forth, many looking like they were just doing busy work. Finally, a women walking up (seemingly angry because she had to help us), asking What do you need ? Not a hello , good afternoon or how can I help you . While my wife and I sat and ate, we had to chuckle, as not a single employee cracked a smile, including the cashier working the grocery area. Sad environment!!
