Panda Express - Barstow

Noodles were burned food portions were small and flavors just weren't what they bv should have been.

Chow Mein was HELLA dry. Walnut shrimp was fire tho

I used to love Panda Express. I don't know if the decline reflects all stores or just this one but the portions were not what they used to be. A la carte honey sesame chicken, and the box was half full. Same with honey walnut shrimp. Literally, 6 small shrimp and 2 walnuts. The spring rolls tasted different, not in a good way. The orange chicken was ok but not up to previous standards. We had it delivered so maybe if we'd dined in, the portions and flavors would have been better but that shouldn't matter.

Orange chicken was great and loved the white rice meal was delicious thank you

The portions were a little small for the price, but the food was tasty.
