Mcdonald's - Barstow

Zero customer service food mediocre at best except chocolate chip cookies.

Absolutely The Worst Customer Service Experience in 2024. My Mother was Burned by The Cashier. He was not paying Attention and Didn't Put The Lid on The Coffee Right. My Mother's Thumb has Blisters. We had court in Victorville and Didn't File A Report with Management.

They won't let you order from a human anymore. They're trying to force you to use these stupid machines. I left without buying anything.

TLDR fresh food fast service very polite and friendly server.You don't expect much from a Mc Donald's. I mean really. It's generally consistent pretty much the same across the board. Usually good rarely great occasionally bad.This place tho. Yeah this place was a surprise for the wife and I. It's tucked away on trucker side of I15 not near the outlets. Used drive thru, disembodied voice on other end was pleasant polite nice. Dude repeated order asked a couple qualifying questions cause special order.... Wife..... Got to window food came out fast dude was still polite and friendly.Pulled into parking lot and grubbed. Two egg mcmuffins no damn cheese and a hash brown. The mcmuffins were awesome. The muffin was actually toasted I mean toasted not just ran by some heat. The eggs were hot and round. The patty was hot. The hash brown was crispy not to greasy.Wife and I were pleased. I am sure it had nothing to do with being in the car for the past six hours driving. Nothing to do with me thinking how tasty the gear shifter would taste. Wondering if i was biting off more than I could chew thinking I could eat the gear shifter with out crashing. Nope. My hunger delusions had nothing to do with how good the food was. It really was good.Always avoided that McD cause it's in the back looked to be a pain to get to. It wasn't and I was dumb for waiting. It'll be a place to stop in the future.

I've been disappointed lately. I asked for fresh hot chicken nuggets. They were cold and hard. They remade for me which I had to wait for awhile at there side parking. There filet of fish was terrible. This one is on Bear Valley and Armagosa. If your going to charge more, we should not get the short end of the stick.
