Big Iron Horse - Barrington

Oh, my. How have I not heard of this place yet? The ribs were simply amazing. It was an early night, but the evening crowd had not yet come, so it was quiet, but the atmophere was great, the service was on their game, and the food, again, just amazing. I can talk to the ribs and the fish Tacos, and it was just Top Notch. Can't wait to go back there, especially during the cruise night season this summer!

Food and service is excellent, brisket and ribs were perfect. Sa beside the windows, lighting is very bad over there.

Great service. Our waiter was very attentive. Delicious food. The options are BBQ concentrated with additional creativity. And a nice cozy atmosphere. We ordered the steak tacos and chicken tacos. Delicious. The chicken tacos definitely had a medium heat I liked. I have a few Quibbles – 1. online menu listed a few cider selections, but on arrival was only one available (Angry Orchard is not one I like); 2. No cilantro rice this evening; 3. Only high tables are available. I will definitely return. I liked it very much, and the Quibbles are really very small – only mentioned so that the administration a good place to a notch too big.

Love the BBQ at Big Iron Horse. Great sangria. Scott is amazing owner.
