I really wish when restaurants offered gluten free options, they fully understood what that means. I wanted a rice bowl, I asked for an allergy menu to clarify the ingredients (because there is no definite answer for that on line) only to be met with blank stares and told no. I 'm not asking because gluten free is a fad for me, I 'm asking because it 's an ALLERGY. I want to know, do all of you people with nut allergies get taken seriously?? Care to lend any tips? Dietary restrictions: GLUTEN ALLERGY
