Wimpy's Diner - Barrie

My first time ever eating at a whimpys was at this wimpys on Dunlop Street this is the restraunt that made me fall in love tlwith eating at whimpys. But I can say after the experience I had on Saturday April 20th around 5:20pm I will not be back. It simply was the worst experience ever it's sad really to see a place go so far down hill. To start with there was one other table filled how had already been given there meals but it took nearly 15 minutes to get someone to take our order. Some of the meals were hot but some were cold, the salad dressing for the Greek salad tasted off, burgers were drowned in mustard and Ketchup and the coffee you could walk on. Waitress never come back until we had to holler across the restraunt to get her attention off of her phone to ask for a extra napkin. It felt like we were a incontinence. My mother in law ended up very sick after dinner that night as well. I just caution any one wanting to go there maybe you should go to the other whimpys in barrie. Hope this saves someone from a experience like ours.

The staff is so slow.I have to wait for more than 20 minutes to collect my skip order.

I want to share my experience in this place so that more people can enjoy such a nice place and an excellent option. First of all I must say that we had the idea that the wimpys were the same standard, however, this location surpasses by far other restaurants of the same brand. Starting with the excellent and professional service of Nate, who definitely makes the difference and thanks to him, this place is now, one of our 3 favorites, achieving a formidable experience, it is incredible how the customer service makes the distinction outstanding. Thank you very much. Finally, the menu is very extensive and varied, many options, where there is definitely a lot to choose from. Even the seasoning is very good and the portions are perfect. A definitely recommendable place that deserves a 6 star rating if it could. Nate , despite having several tables waiting at the same time his service was perfect, cordial and efficient. Thank you very much, we will be frequent customers.
