St. Louis Bar and Grill - Barrie

I ordered everything you could eat wings, they came overcooked, dry, although they were honey/garlic with hot sauce on the side. They were tasteless, the hot sauce was hot, but also tasteless, the service was very good. The person who cooked this... no idea what he did. Cost me $55.00 for 2 Stellas and Wings that I didn't eat. Not back.

We sat and got a paper menu to share. Don't work for one of us sitting over the table. We waited 10 minutes and no one came to the table. So we went and went instead to East Side Mario... and enjoyed a nice meal with attentive service. And we got every menu!

I ordered online for my family to pick up at the Dunlop site. Showed, the food got and realized that the 2 orders of Nachos near nothing so opened it in the car before leaving. They were half filled. That was unacceptable for $38. I left my remaining order in the car and went back to complain. The supervisor agreed that it was unacceptable, screamed the staff in the kitchen, and they made the other new. Unfortunately, I had to wait 25 minutes. When I came back to the hotel, half of us ate cold food. The food was very clear of quality, but difficult to enjoy that when it is cold. Although the staff apologised, the $97 experience was terrible. The superior understood that and said to call on the following day that she had to reach someone, had to retell my story, was told to the manager, was in the other place or you just missed him. It comes a time when it is clear that a customer has zero value and I became this customer. I should call back. Three weeks later, nothing yet. Very disappointing because we wanted to try again.

We had a good Cobb salad at this point. Lettuce might have been a little fresher, but the flavors were good with all the blows. I'm sorry he had blue cheese on it. Server Lauren was excellent and very attentive. But the restaurant was cool as... it was outside, but the servers had short sleeve tips, short skirts and naked legs that we do not believe is suitable for autumn or winter weather. They looked like they were ice-cold and that makes customers uncomfortable. You should be in longer sleeve tops and at least leggings if not slacks. Very unfair for them. The restaurant chain should be taken into account for the employees.

It seems just about every Friday night we get wings and our 'go to ' place is St. Louis. Their food is REALLY good wings are good sized and come in an amazing range of flavours. Realy like their fries too. When you get take out,...all their packaging is paper and recyclable impressive. Love this place!!
