I am a loyal chatime client and I have the best customer experience of a worker, lana! she was patient and super friendly as I have a large family of 10 with a great order. I always come to this place because of lanas extraordinary service! my family thanks them lana. chatime is lucky to have a worker like her!

I've only gone to this place in person only once, but have ordered from there countless times through delivery services and it has always been good. This time in person I asked for a hazelnut milk tea, which they said they do not sell, even though I have ordered it before. So I went with a pearl milk tea instead and said no pearls, but long behold it has pearls. I asked for the original swiss roll and was given a chocolate one. I am disappointed in the service I received as well as the items.

Great selection of delicious hot and cold drinks. The decor is upscale and vibrant. The staff is professional and friendly. My “go to” bubble tea spot.

The drinks were so delicious, and the service was great too! This Chatime has a large variety of sweets and pastries that looked amazing. Also, the inside decoration of the place looked stunning. I would definitely recommend ?

4 Stars!Everything is great about this place. Took one star out as management/staff does not control the crowd with current COVID restrictions in place. At one point there were too many people in the store which the staff should have stepped up and said something.Otherwise great place will definitely come back again.
