The staff is abrasive, rude and used expletives towards customers. Also, no employee was wearing a mask while handling food

The delivery service leaves much to be desired. I have repeatedly ordered delivery to my office during lunch, and they have yet to deliver my order without me having to call the store back more than an hour later to make sure the order goes out. They're always “sorry” because they “thought it was pick up”, even though it clearly says delivery and there is a delivery address included. Update: This is the umpteenth time this happened. Food was ready when I got there. Cashier friendly too. Always liked Roly Poly years ago when I lived in New Orleans, but closed up after Katrina. Another one opened in in Metairie a few years ago, but it shut down. I was pleased to find out the there was one here in Baton Rouge. Can't go often due to unpredictable lunch schedule, but do go when my lunch schedule allows it. Always get the Basil Cashew Chicken. Never disappoints!

Delicious food, low calorie options, very polite and helpful staff. Love eating here.
