Bidra med feedbackWe had booked a Mother's Day lunch in advance through OpenTable and received confirmation, but upon arrival at the restaurant with my elderly mother, we were informed that Holiday Inn does not take bookings through OpenTable and our reservation was not on record. The person greeting diners was quite rude and blamed us for the mistake, but eventually arranged a table for us after showing him the confirmation email. Despite the administrative issue, the meal was enjoyable and the service was attentive. I would recommend contacting Holiday Inn directly for reservations and avoiding booking through OpenTable for this restaurant.
I had a great time at this restaurant, the ambiance was very relaxing and the food was delicious.
The restaurant offers a pleasantly diverse menu with plenty of gluten-free and vegan choices. It's uncommon to find such a selection of gluten-free and vegan desserts. The food was delicious and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the restaurant was rather empty, which was disappointing given the quality of the food. However, it was a Tuesday evening. I would definitely recommend it.
Congratulations Holiday Inn, you 've managed to completely ruin a lovely restaurant. When you are given a menu on a clipboard you know that standards are falling. The restaurant was booked for 7pm and after waiting for over 20 minutes they took our order. After 15 minutes the 'waitress ' came back to say there were no lamb chops left and did we like to re-order. Why couldn 't she have told us before we ordered? The main meal Chicken stir fry tasted like it had been microwaved judging by the steam and heat coming from the dish. No Yorkshire beers just Budweiser or Bass. My dessert had to be sent back as it was cold, and you got the feeling they couldn 't be bothered. So, congratulations Holiday Inn you have ruined a fine establishment and I certainly will not be recommending or visiting .
Happy birthday! vacation in, you managed to ruin a beautiful restaurant completely. if they get a menu on a clipboard, they know that standards fall. the restaurant was booked for 7 o'clock and after waiting for over 20 minutes they took our order. after 15 minutes the waitress came back to say there were no lamming left and we liked to order again. Why didn't she tell us before we ordered? the main meal chicken stirred fry tasted as if it had been steamed by the steam and the heat from the dish. no yorkshire beer only budweiser or bass. my dessert had to be sent back because it was cold, and you felt that they could not be disturbed. so, happy holiday inn they have ruined a good facility and I will certainly not recommend or visit.
