Bidra med feedbackBeen here previously for parties but we efore we got our starters for the meze which everyone was having except the children. This came out in drabs. I then went to the bar where the owner and 2 of his staff were. I asked for 2 drinks a beer and a latte the owner said to me it will take quite some time to make the latte. (Don 't know why as it is a 2-minute job). I paid for the drinks and took the 3 drinks away I asked if he would bring the latte to my table he said yes. At this point, he said to one of his staff You deal with this order then walked off. I was waiting over 15 minutes and had to go to the bar and I could see the coffee in the cup at the machine just sitting there the bar staff asked if she could help me and I said yes I am still waiting for my Latte. She apologised and made the latte but at this point she was by herself behind the bar. The 2nd part of the food came out at around 2000 hours then the fish platter came out at about 45 minutes after this. We then never got the main (last platter) until 2215 hours by this time the birthday girl and family were speaking with the manager about the delay in the food coming out and the manager was trying to justify this by saying the fish takes long to cook. (The fish had already been served at around 2045 hours. He was then talking to his staff like they were below him with arrogance. Family members were getting frustrated with the manager because of his attitude and some of them had kids so they doggy bagged their food and left around 2230 hours because by this time they were very annoyed. Then a female who was pregnant was waiting for her food and her husband went and spoke with the manager asking where their food was as his wife was pregnant and hungry and by this point getting tired. The manager with an arrogant response said she will have to wait like the others and at this point the husband was so angry at the lack of respect and customer service wanted to fight him and rightfully so. In the end half of the family and friends had left before the birthday cake was cut which in my opinion ruined the atmosphere of the night. The owner needs to go for customer service training as he has none what so ever. The manager knew how many people were attending as this was booked weeks in advance so he should have had the kitchen staff to handle the amount of orders. I felt sorry for the poor staff as they were rushing around doing everything whilst the owner was dishing out orders to them and then belittling his staff infront of customers. Will not be going here again as it was not good value for money and the food was OK but for me customer service means a lot and you don 't talk to your staff or about your staff in front of customers. These are the people that make your business run so have a little respect.for them
Just the most awful experience ever. Arrived for a 40th birthday at 7pm , left at 10.45 pm and still had not recieved mains . When trying to speak to the wretched owner he kept turning his back to me and trying to blame the fact he only had 2 chefs . (Bearing in mind that this was a pre-booked party and they knew prior what food to prepare) So disappointing , place should close down !!
I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant and it was the worst I have ever been to. The food was mediocre at best. We arrived before 7pm and didn't leave until 10.50pm, and our main course still hadn't arrived. The owner was rude, argumentative, and treated his staff poorly. I can't believe this place is still in business. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had.
The staff at this restaurant was fantastic, providing excellent service. Georgia, in particular, was exceptional. She was efficient, kind, and provided everything I needed. I would definitely go back again. She deserves a raise! I will definitely be dining there again.
I don't know where to start. Simply stunning! Very friendly service, fantastic food and a good high portion! Highly recommend this amazing restaurant
