Rajni Sonkar - BARI

Had been traveling for a while and really wanted some Indian food, otherwise this is not where I would go. I ordered lentils and bread. The bread was good, the lentils were okay. The host/waiter pretty impersonable. The service was fast and the price is really reasonable.

We ate thrice at this restaurant during our stay. It isn't a high class place, but it is clean. The food was absolutely delicious! You feel as if you are in India while eating. I really recommend this restaurant!

A little secluded from the center of Bari and not very fancy looking but the food was absolutely delicious. And it's very well priced.

Cucina casereccia di ottima qualitá, che dire, ogni volta che torno a Bari é la mia tappa fissa. Il posto é semplice, la famiglia che lo gestisce é gentilissima e ogni piatto sembra cucinato in casa con amore. Bravissimi!

We stumbled across this place on the way back from the old town and thought we would give it a go. The welcome was forgettable but we sat down and were given menus quickly. They have beer and wine plus non alcoholic drinks on offer. The breads were good with a great paratha and nice nan breads. Garlic chilli chicken rely nice. Butter chicken lacked flavour and the chicken was so so. The staff did not seem to speak much English or Italian but we managed OK. Worth a try if you fancy some spice
