La Vineria - BARI

We had a very lovely evening at La Vineria. You will love it from the entrance. The atmosphere was very romantic, with good music, the food was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The chef recommended us a local red wine that went directly to our hearts. The desserts were another pleasant surprise. We shall definitely go back there

Now this is a real find in central Bari, especially if you are travelling alone. If you are looking for authenticity, this is the place to go. Andrea's personality and spirit are readily reflected in every aspect of the Vineria. It is an ambient and personal space with character and depth. The charm takes you in immediately, helped by the welcoming attitude and charming smile of the lady at the door. The food is unpretentiously outstanding, in standibg with the true tradition of Italian simplicity with a touch of discreet finesse. I aim to go back as many times as possible during my stay, as Andrea and his assistant made me feel at home and most memorably wined and dined, from the first minute I arrived. We loved this place. We turned up on Monday and found it closed( our mistake . We were disappointed. Then Tuesday was our last day and we had a big lunch at Alberobello and could only manage wine and nibbles. So delicious. Polpette of carciofi and a cheese board to die for. Several glasses of cantele primativo 2016 (the best and a couple of other reds. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. We will go back if in Bari for dinner. Highly recommend

Molto bene sia la degotazione della terra che la degotazione del mare. E' il posto giusto per entrare nel sangue e nel piu' dolce. tutto di ottima qualità servizio veloce e molto gentile. il prezzo giusto.

E' un posto che mi fa sentire a casa ogni volta. l'atmosfera è sempre quella giusta, quella che è necessario rompere la routine e bere un buon bicchiere di vino circondato da ricordi squisiti e persone. un rifugio nostalgico dove è inevitabile scoprire ogni dettaglio. Conosco ogni angolo della mia memoria, eppure ogni volta che mi sorprende per cogliere nuovi dettagli. Andrea, oltre ad essere un padrone di casa perfetto è un creativo, amante vintage. nulla è scontato o casualmente messo lì, mostra immediatamente il tocco artistico. e per finire si mangia divinamente, non c'è mancanza di creatività anche in cucina. e lode per andare, per il cuoco e per tutta la squadra.
