It is a butcher who has reinvented a restaurant in recent years. I was with my family in one of these weekends, upon reservation, there is no place. You eat meat of course, as butcher’s meat is of quality. The prices are moderate then depends on the type of meat you choose to eat. In the light of my personal experience, when you make the order I recommend not to let the waiters do, I recommend ordering from the menu, and to be careful that the waiters do not enter in the order fine meats to your unknowing (a frisona costs 40€ which can make the account rise exorbitantly.
Nice location, go into a butcher shop, to find yourself in the restaurant, very welcoming. We had booked at 20:30 and there was no problem. We ordered various meat carpacci, raw sausage seasoned with oil and pepper, Angus steak, outlines with potatoes and turnips and other things of an excellent quality. Great wine, maybe they should propose sweeter. The only slightly stunned note was the initial wait to make the order, on 30 minutes.
Cute place, even if the tables are arranged very close to each other with a little difficulty in passing, who is close to the entrance sliding door, in the winter period, is not really advantaged, for the air spiffers since it was often left open or even closed. Very kind and helpful staff to satisfy the needs of customers, always with a smile. The panzerottini, especially those with the "brasciola " are tasty, the raw meat is really exquisite as carpaccio and sausage. The other types of meat taken by good friends. We took two different cuts of straddled Angus meat, it was good, but not outstanding as I expected, besides both me and another friend we also felt the smell of coal. In any case, I recommend it to eat good meat.
We booked a table at 21 for 4 people, looking to warn us that there was also a stroller (and therefore a newborn). We arrive at 21.15 after having warned for a long time that we would make a quarter of an hour late, they answer that there is no problem: after coming you ask us to wait for the table to get rid. We wait and no one gets clear... at 21.45 we ask info about the waiting time: the waiter goes to the room and returns to tell us that it would take from 20 to 30min, we point out to have booked, he goes back to the room and apologizes for the error with 4 panzerotti: NEVER.
