Excellent homemade cuisine cured and genuine. The buffet starters are at will and no less the other courses. We were along the way of the salt, a day from winter in the steppe (19 October) and despite being “booked” for a party, the very courteous and professional owner welcomed us and proposed of the excellent sea mandilli (type straccetti of very thin pasta from lasagna) to the pesto and breaded mushrooms.
