Long John Silver's A&w (31787)

Not open! I know you are short staffed. Everyone is. But put a sign out or something. Oh wait! You did. It says short staffed will close at 4:30PM...well yesterday was 2...and you were closed. No note no nothing. We love coming here but can never enjoy the experience. You've been closed the last 3 times and today we stopped by at 11AM! And guess what....closed!!!shocker!!!!???? This used to be a good restaurant. But I will be finding another location to eat. I cant trust you to be at work.

Drove 30 minutes from Mt. Washington down to the ride thru menu boards illuminated, but the restaurant dark inside and closed at 7:15 on a Friday night, although the hours are shown online as open until 10 a.m. Gas is too expensive for this kind of sad customer service. Captain D is for the victory and they get our money from now on.

Closed the hours earlier than advertised, waited in line for 10 minutes and after driving around them turned out all the lights

Drove 20 miles to find out that they are only open for performing the delivery. It would be nice if they had published it on their website. Very disappointed?

They left the drive at 19:40 and saw 3 workers inside and cried because we sat in the car and were hanged after the first ring.
