She said they were making fresh fries, told me to pull up.I was sitting there almost 20 mins.So tell me why I got 15 fries...(I counted bc I'm a f*ck)That were COLD. actually cold fr. Pretty sure the shake was hotter than the fries. literal 0.4/10

This store has had a lot of issues over the years. We're regular customers because our autistic child loves Dairy Queen. That is literally the only reason we still get food their. The food is overpriced, but the issue is that they don't bother to care about the quality. They fill your order of fries up only halfway. They once served us pretzel sticks that had mold on them. The food is rarely fresh. There is just no excuse. None. And they should be ashamed of themselves. This store is a joke.

Too slow!!! They take forever for an ICECREAM!! Also half the time the food comes out cold and icecream is melted.

Walk into a burning cigarette butt disposal. Get inside and wanted strips and gravy off of the all day menu. Was told that they weren't doing it because it was breakfast only. What's the point of an all day menu that's not all day?
